- Sweet Potato - 1 big (skin peeled and cut into thin strips)
- Spices: Cumin powder, red chilli powder, black pepper and salt - about 1tsp.
- Olive oil - 1tsp
- Pre heat the oven 400 degrees.
- Mix the sweet potatoes with oil and spices, sprinkel salt.
- Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake them at for 10 min, take out and turn them to other side and bake for 10 more mins(watch carefully to make sure it doesn't get burned).

ReplyDeleteI'm seeing sweet potato fries everywhere in the blogosphere now. Yours has come out very well. I tried it once, but I think I cut into very thin wedges, it did not bake uniformly and burnt here and there.
